Not to offend anybody, but it sounds a bit like a combination between Death Cab for Cutie and Weezer. Aside from that stupid observation I think this is a good start of something that could be huge. Nice job! :)

Linktrx responds:

Hey, thanks so much! I really appreciate that :D

Very nice! This has a really calm sound to it, but it also has enough bright notes to keep me awake. I really like how this sounds.

SunStarsMoon responds:

Thank you!

I love your vox samples

They always sound so great and what you do with them is awesome.

PS I wrote you like 3 reviews tonight at 12:30-ish so your welcome. Hahaha.

shaggyhaired responds:

I appreciate it, you da bess

Oh My :(

Don't ruin your life! You have so much talent to give to the world to ruin it :( Everyone has life problems, I myself have battled in the realms of depression many-a-times and I think everyone can agree that it's not fun, but as hard as the sh*t gets we gotta keep on pushing. Yes I just gave life advice in the form of a potty joke, otherwise the song is great, and as usual I am impressed greatly.

shaggyhaired responds:

I'm trying to clean up my act a little bit right now, I appreciate the kind words.
Glad you enjoyed it :)

This is pretty good,

But it's not really ol'skool, it's more jazzy soft rock. Otherwise this sounds really relaxing and cool! :)

judass777 responds:

thx alot 4 rev m8! well, da beat is oldskool only 4 real, but yeah, can't wait 4 Matt aka Brother Johnson(voc) 2 put his print onto that... curious myself.

This Is Really Great!

This is awesome, it doesn't sound like all those hipster nu metal and hardcore bands like all the others sound like today. It has it's own original style, with implements of death metal and maybe even a little deathcore. The solo was a little to far out of the jam but it was still amazing. Just remember that when your singing you shouldn't put to much energy into your lows, they sound like they have a little to much breath in them. You have to leave your throat a little more closed and kind of hold back a little more, and just let the lows kinda fall out. Keep it brutal.

AbsenceofFear responds:

Thanks for the review..

Ooh!

Very ominous and spooky, this sounds like a very new-age RPG video game store loop, but I think you already understand that. This is really good! I wish I could make such good music, but unfortunately I only have crappy garage band. :(

MeteorManMike responds:

Hey, don't knock the crappy stuff. In my first year I composed junk that you will never hear. Just give it time, you WILL improve. ;)
Still pondering whether or not I'm using this in my planned game. RPG music is always an inspiration. Thanks for the helpful review!

Yes it does,

But it still sounds cool without them! :)

summer1963 responds:

Cut the file and rap over it for the love of god, someone.

Sounds Like Disney's Next Movie Theme

This really reminds me of disney for some reason, it's just the happy upbeat tone you hear in all those innocent movies. Sounds really good!

whitesymphonia responds:

hah, thanks! Huge fan of disney here appreciate it!

These are really cheesy.

And the sound quality kinda stinks. Sorry :(

sparky275 responds:

Haha, wow you guys work fast. I barely uploaded this!
About the cheesy-ness, that's the point! If you read the author comments, you'd see they were inspired from characters who say this kinda stuff all the time.
On the mic issue, I know. I'm working on getting a much better, clearer one.
